When it comes to planning parties and events, Pinterest has your back. Whether you’re looking for sophisticated decor ideas or festive appetizers, you can find plenty of inspiration on the site. This is especially true during the holidays, when people are trying to throw their most impressive gatherings of the year. In fact, leading up to the holiday season, people save more than 750 million holiday ideas every year.

With so many options, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by all the different seasonal drinks and winter-themed centerpieces. But some ideas are more popular than others, and if you need help narrowing your options down, you might want to look at what’s currently hot.

The Pinsights team at Pinterest has come up with a list of the top trending holiday ideas people are searching for and saving on Pinterest, and here’s what’s currently in:

1. Pressure Cooker Recipes

Recipes using the pressure cooker were up over 1,000 percent from last year. If you’re looking for an easy, make-ahead dish, you might like these pressure cooker mashed potatoes.

 

2. Grab & Go Goodies

Finger foods are always easy to serve, so it’s no surprise people look for grab-and-go goodies for their holiday celebrations. Popular recipes included glitter-dipped fortune cookies,  sweetcorn spoonbread and pie pops.

 

3. Keto Recipes

Keto recipes boomed in popularity this year, with a 4,460 percent year-over-year increase in saves, like this Creamy Cauliflower Mash and Keto Gravy.

 

Home Decor

1. Blue & White China

When it comes to holiday accessories, people are loving blue and white china. Pinterest saves for this type of decor rose 364 percent.

 

2. Pineapple Christmas Tree

Looks like people are breaking with tradition and looking to make their holiday more tropical. Pins for pineapple Christmas trees increased by over 3,000 percent.

 

3. Giant Balloon Lights

If you’re someone who believes bigger is better when it comes to Christmas, you’ll want to try out this DIY project of creating giant Christmas lights out of balloons. Pins of this type increased over 1,000 percent this year.

 

Fashion & Beauty

1. Velvet Dresses

When it comes to holiday fashion, people are really digging velvet dresses. Pins for this classic look went up 159 percent from last year.

 

2. Faux Fur Jackets

People want to feel fancy without harming animals. Faux fur jackets also grew in popularity, with searches increasing over 300 percent.

 

3. Gold Eyeliner

Gold eyeliner is the latest in makeup trends: Pins rose over 700 percent for this glamorous look.

 

4. Pink Lips

Complete your holiday look with some pink lips. This soft and feminine look rose in popularity, with pins growing 154 percent.

 

Holiday trends come and go, but it looks like this year is about sparkle, grandeur and ease.
