You’re Going To Want To Make This Homemade Apple Pie Vodka This Fall

The Cookie Rookie

Fall is apple season, and to make the most out of this crunchy fruit, you’ll likely make your fair share of cobblers, pies, and crumbles. But you don’t have to stop there. You can turn your favorite fall fruit into a delicious alcoholic drink that you’ll want to pour all season. The Cookie Rookie has a recipe for Homemade Apple Pie Vodka, and we’re in love.

All you need is some Everclear, some apples, cinnamon, filtered water and simple syrup. It takes two days to infuse, but once it’s finished, you can make your fair share of fall cocktails that utilize the spiced drink. Cookie Rookie even has a recipe for their own Apple Spritzer that you can make once this special vodka is finished.

The drink lasts for 2-3 weeks, so you’ll have time to get creative with your autumn cocktails. We could see this going deliciously with some vanilla ice cream for a boozy apple pie a la mode ice cream float. Mmm.

Now you finally have something new to try with all those apples you’re surely picking at the orchard this year!
