How to get Meghan Markle’s ‘Audrey Brows’

Ever since Meghan Markle burst into the public eye as Prince Harry’s fiancée (and not just as that actress from “Suits”), women across the world want to know everything about her. No detail is too small! Given how her gorgeous face is everywhere nowadays, it’s not too surprising media outlets tracked down Markle’s “personal brow stylist” to get the scoop on her eyebrows and her nails.

Meghan’s Brows

Markle gets “the Audrey Brow Treatment” at Nails & Brows, a salon in London, her brow stylist, Sherille Riley, told Harper’s Bazzar. The salon, located in the tony Mayfair neighborhood, is reportedly a favorite of Princess Beatrice, as well as Ariana Grande and Halle Berry.

Named for iconic actress Audrey Hepburn, the brows are thicker close to nose and then lift outward at the arch.

Here’s how the Nails & Brows site describes the brow service:

“Inspired by Audrey Hepburn, this-must have modern style is suitable for women of all face shapes. This signature style by Nails & Brows instantly lifts the face creating a natural, fresh and youthful look.”

The $65 treatment includes tweezing, threading and tinting. Riley revealed she uses a brow filler called Dark Dahlia, which lasts up to 12 hours. She described Dark Dahlia to People.com as “brown with a hint of black which gives a really soft natural look.”

The $27 pencil “creates beautifully defined brows with a non-waxy finish,” according to the Nails & Me site. “The intensely pigmented lead delivers a precise line and perfectly mimics brow hairs.”

If you can’t get your hands on Dark Dahlia, other excellent brow pencils are the Anastasia Beverly Hills Perfect Brow Pencil, $23, MAC’s Eye Brows, $18, or L’Oreal Paris Brow Stylist Definer Mechanical Pencil, $8.99.

Despite the tweezing and threading, a key part of Markle’s brow look is the thickness. In order to emulate the princess-to-be, Riley recommends growing out our brows.

Meghan’s Nail Polish

Markle also visits Nails & Brows for manicures and pedicures, Riley revealed. The princess-to-be favors subtle colors, like pale pinks and creams.

Most recently Riley told People.com the actress had a mani/pedi in the shade Rose Milk from Kure Bazaar, an eco-conscious nail polish brand that bills itself as up to 85 percent natural:

The actress also uses $9 Essie polishes, presumably in pale pink shades like Ballet Slippers or Allure. Riley also revealed that the royal fiancée prefers her fingernails and toenails to match. Can’t argue with that!

We appreciate the intel, but are going to venture a guess that the royal family probably isn’t too pleased Nails & Brows talks to the media—so they may not get the coveted gig of doing Markle’s brows and nails for her upcoming wedding. Oh well.

Still, the attention must be exciting. Maybe’ll they consider changing the name of “the Audrey Brow Treatment” to “the Meghan”?
