According to St John Ambulance, 40 percent of parents have witnessed their own baby choke. That’s a higher number than I expected. Knowing what to do in such an emergency could save their life.

St John Ambulance posted this video last year. Only 40 seconds long, it shows you how to help clear the choking hazard out of a baby’s mouth or throat.
