How You Can Get Free Burgers At Wendy’s All Month

Who doesn't love free food?!

Just because the summer is coming to a close doesn’t mean you have to stop your burger-loving ways. In fact, for the entire month of September, you can indulge in some delicious meat-and-cheese goodness — for free.

To celebrate National Cheeseburger Day on Sept. 18, Wendy’s is offering its patrons a free Dave’s Single cheeseburger with the purchase of any other menu item every day in September.

Yes, you read that right: Every. Single. Day. This. Month.

The fast-food chain announced the month-long deal on Twitter over the weekend:

In order to take advantage of the tasty promotion, you’ll have to download Wendy’s mobile app and grab the digital coupon for the free cheeseburger.

You can use the offer with any purchase, at any participating Wendy’s location.

Ordered a side of fries? Bam, free Dave’s Single cheeseburger. Thirsty for a small Frosty? Yup, free Dave’s Single cheeseburger.

And if you want to live on the wild side, buy some fries and milkshake, snag that free burger and you’ve got yourself a meal.

This deal lasts until Sept. 30. But don’t despair when October rolls around: Wendy’s has a slew of other great promotions available through the app’s “Offer” section. You can chow down on a $1 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, a $5 Dave’s Double Combo or, if you’re not into beef, there’s also Wendy’s buy one, get one chicken sandwich deal.

So many tasty options!

If you didn’t spend $2 to buy the incredible Wendy’s Frosty key tag (which gets you a free Frosty with every purchase), never fear — you can easily make a frosty at home.

The folks over at POPSUGAR have shared with the world how to make a copycat version of this delicious icy treat. And it’s super simple, requiring a little sweetened condensed milk, chocolate milk and cool whip.

Another recipe calls for vanilla ice cream, Nesquick chocolate powder and milk. This one from The Chunky Chef looks so smooth and creamy. Their secret? You can change up the consistency by adding more or less milk, or letting the ice cream soften a bit before you mix up the ingredients.

What’s your favorite copycat recipe to make at home?
