You can now buy Baby Groot bread at Disney California Adventure Park

You’ll need to carb load if you want to survive the two-hour line snaking out of Disney California Adventure Park’s latest attraction. In a grand opening that occurred over Memorial Day weekend, Guardians of the Galaxy Mission—Breakout!, which replaced the nostalgic Twilight Zone Tower of Terror ride, drew Marvel fans from all over the world.

Luckily, in order to fortify themselves this summer and prepare for the crowds of fellow fans, Guardians buffs can sip a refreshing beverage from an “I am Groot” cup and nosh on these too-cute-to-eat Baby Groot breads.

Like the beloved, tree-like character from the comic book and movie series, Groot bread is fast becoming a viral hit. These sourdough loafs (with black olives as eyes) are baked daily at Boudin Bakery, the Disney outpost of the famed San Francisco bakery.

You can find them along Hollywood Land: regular at Fairfax Market and ones with jalapeño cheese “hair” at the red Cosmic Canteen food truck. At $8.50 per loaf, the Groot bread is about the size of your head and perfect for Instagram-worthy selfies.

You’ll have to hurry if you want to get in on this Groot bread phenomenon, though. This adorable treat was rolled out specifically for Disneyland Resort’s “Summer of Heroes,” which ends September 10.
