You can’t buy much for less than $1 these days, but thanks to IHOP (yes, the company has changed its name back from IHOB), on July 17, the most important meal of your day will cost you just 60 cents!

Clear your schedule, set an alarm, call in sick to work (OK, maybe don’t do that … ), just make your way to IHOP next Tuesday and you can score a short stack of pancakes for just 60 pennies!

The deal, which is in honor of the restaurant chain’s 60th anniversary, includes three fluffy buttermilk pancakes, and, of course, butter and syrup. The offer is valid for dine-in only, but is good for the entire day (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) so if you can’t make it there for breakfast, have some pancakes for dinner instead.

While 60-cent pancakes might sound too good to be true, you batter believe it! Unlike that temporary name change last month, this deal is no joke and you’ll find it at all IHOP locations.

While you’ll only be getting plain buttermilk pancakes for 60 cents, you’ll see all sorts of flavors on the menu if you’re willing to spend a little more. From cupcake and cheesecake flavors to vanilla spice, if you prefer your pancakes with some extra sparkle, IHOP has you covered.

Can’t make it to IHOP on July 17? Here’s the secret to making perfectly fluffy pancakes right in your own home. Enjoy!
