Jennifer Garner tests out one of Reese Witherspoon’s beauty tips

Jennifer Garner and Reese Witherspoon are proving their BFF status with a sweet video recently posted to Instagram. Garner started the online version of a friendship bracelet by sharing a video of herself trying a hairstyling tip straight from Witherspoon’s book — literally.

Witherspoon recently released her first-ever book, “Whiskey In A Teacup,” which shares recipes, tips and advice stemming from her Southern upbringing. One of those tips happens to detail exactly how the actress gets her flawless curls, and that’s precisely what Garner set out to recreate for herself.

In the video, she fully committed to Witherspoon’s step-by-step process — which even included leaving her curlers in while en route to her destination — to reveal bouncy, full, “Southern” hair at the end.

As you can see, the finished product is a fresh set of curls, a bold color on the lips, and basically everything you need to pull off a Witherspoon-approved beauty look.

Clearly, Garner recommends this hair-curling technique. This is honestly not surprising because one, her hair looks amazing and two, she’s done crazier things than simply wear curlers through the carpool line.

Garner once sported a 12-foot long scarf her daughter made for her to showcase her proud mom status. She also posted the fashionable moment on Instagram, topping the post off with the hilarious hashtag, “#thecarpoollineismyrunway”:
