If you’re like me and other die-hard fans of “The Office,” you’ve been waiting for a reboot, reunion or special — honestly, anything that will get the ridiculous Dunder Mifflin crew back together again on screen. I mean we’re all addicted to the show still, right?

John Krasinski, who played the relatable and lovable cool-guy Jim Halpert for nine seasons, has been making the rounds expressing the very hope we all have for our favorite comedy — a reunion.

Krasinski is on this month’s cover of “Variety.” During his photo shoot for the magazine, he opened up about being 100 percent down for a reunion because, just as we are, he’s curious as to how Jim has been. Did the sports company he founded with his college friends end up being worth the move to Austin? How are his kids? Is Pam still in the picture? (She better be!) And of course, is he still pranking Dwight? More importantly, what are the details of their relationship post-“The Office”?

“I need the incredible writers of our show to tell me what he’s doing because I’m kind of worried about him,” he said in the “Variety” interview. “He had a whole lot of hopes and dreams, he had a lot of zany ideas, and then he went to Austin to live his life and I feel like the dreams are still in his head, so let’s see what he’s doing now.”

This is far from the first time he’s advocated for a revival. In an interview at SXSW 2018, where he was promoting his new film “A Quiet Place,” he was asked about the idea of a revival, to which he responded with a resounding, “I would totally be interested!” and continued to credit the show for his own continued success as an actor.

“[…] That show for me was, obviously, the greatest experience,” Krasinski said. “It’s given me everything, absolutely every opportunity, and it is the thing that has allowed me to do all this other stuff.”

He went on to make clear that he truly is a fan of all his “The Office” co-workers. “We had the most fun up until the last day. I would love to play with those guys again and do something. It really comes down to the idea…” he said. “I think it would be a sort of ‘Where Are They Now’ kind of thing. That would be really fun.”

We couldn’t agree more.
