John Stamos introduced his newborn son to his ‘Full House’ cast mates

After playing an uncle onscreen for so many years, Uncle Jesse — uhh, John Stamos, we mean — is now a father. At 54 years old, the actor became a dad to a little boy.

He and his wife Caitlin McHugh named their son Billy, after Stamos’ late father.

Just weeks after welcoming Billy into the world, Stamos introduced his little one to his other family: former “Full House” co-stars Bob Saget and Lori Loughlin.

Stamos captured the moment in a photo and posted it to Instagram — and the cuteness is nearly too much to handle. Have mercy!

Stamos captioned the photo: “The Tin Man, Dorothy and The Scarecrow say hi to the cutest of Munchkins.”

As you can see, baby Billy wore a “Jesse and the Rippers” onesie — a reference to Uncle Jesse’s rock band on “Full House.” How adorable!

“Full House” was on the air for nearly 10 years before the recent “Fuller House” reboot, so of course, Stamos, Saget and Loughlin grew to be close.

Saget played the role of Danny Tanner, a single dad raising three daughters, while Stamos played Uncle Jesse, Tanner’s brother-in-law who helped him raise the girls.

Loughlin played Aunt Becky, Tanner’s morning talk show co-host who became Uncle Jesse’s wife.

So it’s no surprise that Stamos wanted his son to meet the people who had been his co-stars for so many years.

It was on “Full House” that Stamos got so much training as an uncle and eventually an onscreen father.

But now that he’s a father in real life, it’s so much sweeter.

“I cry a lot,” Stamos told People about new parenthood. “It’s more beautiful than anyone told me it would be. I’ve been waiting a long time.”

At one point, Stamos, 54, had given up on becoming a dad, though he’d always wanted to be one. McHugh says he was extremely excited when she told him they were expecting!

“The look on John’s face when I told him we were pregnant was priceless,” McHugh told People. “It was the look of a man who has wanted a family of his own but wasn’t sure it was going to happen for him. Now it is!”

Stamos has been married to his McHugh since February, after Stamos proposed at Disneyland.

They honeymooned at Disney, too! All the more reason to love this gorgeous couple.

They’d been dating since the beginning of 2016 but have kept their relationship out of the spotlight for the most part.

McHugh is a writer and actress who’s appeared in films such as “I Am Legend” and TV shows like “NCIS: Los Angeles” and “The Vampire Diaries.”

“We like to keep our lives private because we’ve seen what relationships in the public eye can be like and we just like our privacy,” McHugh told Entertainment Tonight. “We don’t want the commentary from the masses about what our relationship is or should be. We’re very happy together and we hope to be so for a long time.”

Congratulations to the new father and his precious family!
