Johnny Rockets Just Added a Bacon Maple Shake To Its Menu — But Only For A Limited Time

Along with cold weather, warm sweaters and friends and family, the holiday season is also about one very important thing — food. Comfort food, specifically.

From turkey and mashed potatoes to pancakes in the shape of cookie cutters and homemade apple pie, it is definitely the season for classic flavors that make us feel right at home.

Lucky for us, Johnny Rockets must be thinking the same thing and have released a milkshake that not only sounds the perfect sweet dessert, but also a salty and comforting treat. The new Sizzlin’ Bacon Maple Shake combines hand-spun vanilla ice cream, maple syrup and is topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and — wait for it — strips of bacon.

Johnny Rockets

While not all locations are in or a near a shopping center, many Johnny Rockets are, which means this is a perfect way to treat yourself after doing some holiday shopping.

The shake can be found on the menu now, but only until mid-January 2019, so if this sounds like something you’d like to try, make sure you hurry! Johnny Rockets also recommends pairing it with their bacon cheddar burger and bacon cheese tots. So. Much. Bacon.

If that somehow isn’t enough bacon and maple flavor for you, Wendy’s also has a new item you’re definitely going to want to try — a bacon maple chicken sandwich. It, of course, features chicken and bacon, but also maple glaze and a flaky croissant bun. Yum!

Will you be trying the new sizzlin’ bacon maple shake at your local Johnny Rockets?
