It’s always fun seeing celebrities’ kids and realizing they look just like their famous parents. Well, you can add Julianne’s Moore’s 15-year-old-daughter, Liv Freundlich, to the list. The pair are 41 years apart, but honestly, they could pass for sisters!
Wow! Freundlich obviously inherited her beautiful mom’s distinctive red hair and fair skin. The resemblance goes beyond their coloring: I totally see Julianne’s eyes, nose and lips on her daughter. The apple certainly did not fall far from the tree with these two.
Moore’s daughter is putting her good genes to work, having made her modeling debut for J.Crew at New York Fashion Week earlier this year. Her mom took to Instagram to express her pride, captioning the below photo, “”@Jcrew beauties @lisaeisnerjewelry and my very own @livfreundlich ❤#realpeople.”
Despite the immense pressure and criticism that can come with being a model, Julianne Moore is sure that her daughter has the smarts and skills to deal with any challenges that may come her way. “When she was really little, she said, ‘You know mommy, some people get really scared when they watch movies but I don’t because I know that they’ve made everything up.’ She always understood the concept of illusion and I think she understands that with fashion as well,” she told People of her daughter’s budding career.
In addition to modeling, Freundlich has also tried acting, appearing in “The Rebound” in 2009 and “Trust the Man” in 2005.
While Freundlich may certainly look just like her famous mom, Julianne Moore says that her daughter is definitely an individual. “She’s just her own person. What’s amazing is how quickly that happens. My mother said, about me and my sister and brother, ‘You are who you are. You aren’t any different from the day you were born.’ I remembered that distinctly when my kids were born, because they came with very specific temperaments,” she told Town & Country in 2015.
What a gorgeous (and talented!) mom and daughter duo!
