Katy Perry’s Hollywood Hills Home Is On Sale For $9.5M

Pop star Katy Perry is selling one of two adjourning Hollywood Hills home, Trulia reports. While you may not be able to afford the $9.5 million price tag, we’ve got photos, so you can take a peek and at least daydream for a bit!

Perry purchased the property in 2013 and, as Variety explains, after trying to sell the entire compound for a rumored $15 million, she listed the properties separately with the larger one at $9,450,000. Perry purchased the four-bed, six-bath home from oil heiress and philanthropist Aileen Getty, who had bought the property from Walmart heiress Sybil Robson Orr.

Located in the Outpost Estates, the home is on private property at the end of a gated driveway. Perfect for celebrities who need all the privacy they can get! And celebs indeed love this neighborhood — neighbors include Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Cameron Diaz and Adele, Variety reports.

Built in 1954, it actually has four different residential structures, including a Mediterranean-style main house, a two-story guest house with large garage, a fitness building (of course) and a security guardhouse.

The grand main residence is huge and luxurious, as are the multiple living areas, all which have a bohemian vibe.

The bedrooms continue with the same style, including floor-length curtains and adorable round windows.

The entire second floor makes up the master suite and comes with something you don’t see every day: a Roman bath, which is pretty much a soaking tub right in the middle of the room. The room also has high ceilings with lots of natural light.

Outside a large swimming pool sits alongside a pizza oven, cabana with spa bath, fireplace and fountain. You can just picture some amazing pool parties there!

The views of the city look spectacular and the home is surrounded by two acres of gardens and fruit trees. There is also an outdoor amphitheater (hopefully for private concerts!) and multiple terraces.

Perry had some trouble selling her last home, which she bought in 2011 and owned with ex-husband Russell Brand. It was finally purchased in 2013 after multiple price reductions. Here’s to hoping this beautiful house sells easier!
