Kelly Clarkson’s $8.75M Tennessee Mansion Is For Sale — Take A Look!

What happened to Miss Independent? Kelly Clarkson got married, had two children and is now looking to sell her Tennessee mansion. Alas, the four-acre property with a private lake and spectacular 20,000-square foot home doesn’t come cheap. The listing price? Oh, just $8.75 million.

Clarkson has lived in the Hendersonville, TN home since 2013 with her husband and children. The listing agent for the property, Jack Miller, told the Tennessean that the family is having another home built on a farm closer to Nashville, which is why they’ve decided to let go of the picturesque property.

The house features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms as well as a theater, a game room, covered outdoor dining and so much more. And don’t worry, we’ve got pictures!

Kelly Clarkson isn’t the only singer with a Tennessee mansion on the market, either. Reba McEntire’s former home is currently for sale for just under $3 million and the nearly 85-acre property is reportedly being divided up to into smaller lots and homes which will sell in the $700,000 range.

Despite being on the market since March of 2017, Clarkson’s property is still listed as “active” on the Parks Realty website. So, if you’re looking for property in Tennessee (and also happen to have celeb-status money to spend), these singers might have just the space you need.
