Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Welcome Baby Girl By Surrogate

The Kardashian clan has just added a brand-new member! Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West’s third child together is here! Kardashian West made the official announcement on her website.

Kardashian West wrote:

“Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl. We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister.”

In the post, the new mama revealed her baby girl arrived via surrogate at 12:47 a.m. on Jan 15. She weighed 7 lb.s and 6 oz. and no name has been released yet.

Due to complications with her first two pregnancies, Kardashian West made the decision to have her third child carried by surrogate.

Despite the fact that the journey to grow her family has not been an easy one, the reality TV mogul was determined to have another child. “I’d just love nothing more than to expand my family and just know that I have this world at home that’s safe,” she explained on an episode of her reality show. “And if for some reason I left this Earth sooner than I really wanted to, then my kids would have a support system at home so that I know that they would be okay if I wasn’t here.”

Kardashian West was reportedly in the room at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles when the surrogate gave birth, and dad Kanye West was present as well, but behind a curtain. Kardashian West was the first to have skin-to-skin contact with the newborn.

And that’s not all! Another baby is on the way for the famous fam: Khloe Kardashian‘s bundle of joy is due in late March or early April.
