If you thought the obsession with LaCroix peaked last year, you were mistaken. When it comes to this fabulous fizzy water, there are always more ways to express our die-hard fandom.

This summer, you can wear your love of LaCroix on your swimsuit with LaCroix-themed beachwear designed by Publicspace. Talk about a tall drink of (sparkling) water!

Sip In Style

The one-piece suits retail for $49.50 and feature quick-drying, four-way stretch polyester spandex fabric. Printed with natural, non-toxic water-based ink, you can choose from six different flavor designs: pamplemousse (the French word for grapefruit), lime, pure, passionfruit, lemon and cran-raspberry.

Like the carbonated waters that serve as inspiration, the collection isn’t just for the ladies. There are also swim trunks available in the same six flavors, so you can mix and match with your beach buddies. They retail for $39.50. The shorts are also made of four-way stretch polyester spandex microfiber fabric, and they feature a drawstring waistband, liner and pockets.

So now you can proudly broadcast your love of the bubbly beverage at the pool or beach all summer long. Let this throwback LaCroix ad inspire you before you don your own walking billboard:

Behind The Brand

The geniuses behind Publicspace and the recent collection are Eric Wu and Tammy Chow. Wu previously worked in finance and tech, while Chow’s experience includes J. Crew and denim brand Current/Elliott.

The self-professed “traveling design duo” created the company with the mission of collaborating with artists on ethically made clothing. In fact, every piece is made to order in Los Angeles so you can feel good about your purchase.

While LaCroix is definitely not made to order (though there was a time when you could “design your own flavor”), it is made in the U.S. so it has a lower carbon footprint than imported waters. Just one more thing to love about LaCroix!

And attention, Fiji water fans: Publicspace has also created Fiji-branded swim trunks. They’re pretty fun and tropical-looking even if you’re not an over-the-top fan!

How To Pronounce LaCroix

This trendy sparking drink has taken the country by storm, but not everyone is entirely clear on how to pronounce its name. The seltzer water isn’t pronounced “La-CWAH” as one might think. Instead, it’s said “La-CROY.”
