Laura Ashley is making a comeback—Check out the new spring collection at Urban outfitters

Laura Ashley’s floral fashion and furniture that practically became synonymous with the ’80s and ’90s is back at it again. The brand may no longer be in its heyday, but it still operates stores in the United Kingdom and some countries in Asia. Over the years, it has faced financial turmoil and announced it was closing 40 stores in December 2018, but that doesn’t mean the brand isn’t still beloved by all who remember it back when it was spotted on celebrities such as Princess Diana and in homes everywhere.

This latest collaboration serves up all sorts of nostalgia. Laura Ashely has teamed up with Urban Outfitters to launch a line of dresses, bedding, bags and more that are perfect for springtime. Urban Outfitters can tap into an audience that remembers Laura Ashely from their childhoods, and this marks the second time that the brands have collaborated.

“Urban Outfitters really has their finger on the pulse of their customer and they work hard at delivering new trends and perspective that is unique to [them]. Their design team mined our rich Laura Ashley archive in London and adapted our designs to the modern market for a new generation of shoppers who haven’t worn the brand since they were little,” Laura Ashley’s president, Penne Cairoli, told People magazine.
