Laura Prepon And Ben Foster Got Married

Actors Laura Prepon and Ben Foster are officially married!

The “Orange Is the New Black” actress and the “Six Feet Under” actor became engaged in the fall of 2016 and welcomed their first child together, Ella, in August 2017.

The couple were friends for a long time before they began dating in the summer of 2016, and they have kept their romance mostly private, surprising and delighting fans with news of the wedding.

Prepon took to Instagram to share the news that they tied the knot, sharing a sweet black and white photograph of the two along with the caption, “Just Married! Thank you for all the love and support. Wishing all of us the good stuff!”

The post has more than 500,000 likes and fans flooded the comments with messages of congratulations.

No further details about the wedding have been made public, but Prepon previously talked about their desire for a small celebration.

“We want a really small wedding but we have a lot of people that we love and care about,” Prepon told E! News in January 2017. “It’s weird, [but] apparently doing the list for your wedding is a whole thing that could cause some issues.”

In October 2017, Foster spoke at a fundraiser for The Hub, a charity devoted to supporting disadvantaged children in Hong Kong.

The actor spoke about how he was inspired to support the organization after becoming a father himself and noted that he was encouraged by Prepon as well.

“I’ve heard that, in Hong Kong alone, there are 200,000 children living below the poverty line,” he said in an interview with South China Morning Post’s Post Magazine. “When you hold your own child for the first time, that statistic takes on a new meaning. After discussing what The Hub is about with Laura, we both thought, if I was going to leave the house, this is more than a worthy cause to celebrate.”

Apparently, Prepon had some very intense food cravings during her pregnancy.

“[My dad] was a doctor and when he would have a break we would go to this Jewish deli. We would get this pastrami on rye sandwich with a Dr. Brown’s black cherry soda,” she told US Weekly. “What’s so funny is I have not eaten that stuff probably since I was a kid with my dad. So when I got pregnant, all of a sudden I was like, ‘I need a pastrami on rye. I need a Dr. Brown’s black cherry soda. I need mustard and sauerkraut.’ These crazy Jewish deli cravings hit me so hard. Isn’t that funny?”

Despite the crazy cravings, Prepon revealed recently that she prepares super healthy food for little Ella.

Prepon shared a recent menu on Instagram, writing that she would be cooking greens, basil, purple sweet potatoes and fish for her daughter.
