You Can Buy A Limited-Edition ‘Harry Potter’ Version of Trivial Pursuit

It’s time to put your knowledge of all things “Harry Potter” to the test! Potterheads can now get their hands on a limited edition Harry Potter Trivial Pursuit game. Priced at $49.95, Trivial Pursuit: World of Harry Potter Edition is designed for players aged 8 and up.

The game comes with 300 cards bearing 1,8oo questions, so be prepared for a deep dive into the Wizarding World. Categories include Slytherin House; Death Eaters and The Dark Arts; Objects and Artifacts;  Animals, Magical Creatures and Magical Beings; Witches, Wizards, Ghosts and Muggles; Hogwarts, Other Locations and Transportation; and Spells, Potions and Other Magic.

The game plays like other versions of Trivial Pursuit, where players need to answer enough questions correctly to fill their game piece with colored wedges representing each category.

Trivial Pursuit: World of Harry Potter Edition is currently only available through third-party sellers on Amazon, and is priced at over $100. However, it can also be purchased at Barnes & Noble, Entertainment Earth and ThinkGeek.com, as well as at local toy, game and comic book stores.

The game is sure to be at the top of any Potter fan’s holiday wish list. But if trivia is not your thing, there are plenty of other ways to have fun, like this Cards Against Muggles game, a Potter-themed take on the popular party game Cards Against Humanity.
