Freezing fruit, yogurt and even greens helps you save time by already having single-serving smoothie portions ready to go. Freeze yogurt in an ice cube tray and fruits and greens in a plastic sandwich bag. Then, all you have to do is dump the bagged ingredients along with one cup of liquid in the blender when you wake up.

Blend it all together for just a couple of minutes, and you’ve got yourself a healthy, filling breakfast in no time.
