Here’s a great video from quilting expert Mary Fons on how to make an easy quilt in a few hours. The quilt in this video is said to only take 4 hours. Now keep in mind it may take a little longer if it’s your first time, but the end result is pretty awesome for being a beginner quilt.
This type of quilt is called a coin quilt. Coin quilts are just rows of different “coins” or fabrics that are scattered together and sewn together in rows. She says this is a great for scrap materials and to put jelly rolls to good use.
