It’s not even the first day of fall yet, but most of us have already enjoyed multiple rounds of Starbucks’ infamous Pumpkin Spice Latte.

But if you are on the keto diet, as so many Americans are, you won’t be able to enjoy this quintessential autumn beverage. Unlessssssss….you know how to make a keto PSL at home.

No, really! It’s actually pretty simple. This brilliant Starbucks copycat recipe comes to us from Hip2Keto. It only requires a few ingredients, and it can be made in 5 minutes or less (not counting the time it takes to brew your coffee, of course).

First, make your coffee in your desired manner, be it in the Keurig, with your French Press or with good old Mr. Coffee. Then it’s time to add those fall flavors. The copycat recipe requires heavy cream, sugar-free sweetener and sugar-free pumpkin pie coffee syrup, with a dash of pumpkin spice to top it all off.

Don’t have pumpkin pie spice on hand? No problem. You can make it at home if you have ingredients like nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon on hand.

But where can you find sugar-free pumpkin pie syrup? Try any stores that carry Torani, a brand that makes a variety of high-quality syrups for coffee and other beverages. They have an extensive list of sugar-free options, including vanilla, chocolate, peppermint, caramel and, of course, pumpkin pie! Many Torani products are online, so you can also search Amazon or go on their website.

In fact, if you go to the Torani site and purchase Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie Syrup (or any of their select flavors of the month, including Butterscotch and Chocolate Macadamia Nut), you can save 10 percent!
