Meghan Markle brought baby Archie to a polo match to cheer on Prince Harry
It was a family affair for the British royals at a recent charity polo game. While Princes William and Harry competed in the King Power Royal Charity Polo Day at Billingbear Polo Club on July 10, 2019 to benefit some of their favorite charities, their families came along to cheer them on. Not only did Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, bring along her three kids, Princes George and Louis and Princess Charlotte, but Meghan Markle also made a rare public appearance with baby Archie.
Wearing a loose, khaki green midi-length green dress, the Duchess of Sussex carried the two-month-old infant from the parking lot across the fields. Archie was decked out in a white romper and wrapped barefoot in a long blanket, looking very cozy.
Photographers captured Kate, dressed in a pink printed dress, sitting on the grass, watching her kids as they hung out and ate snacks out of the trunk of a car on a break from watching the polo match.
Despite persistent rumors of a rift between the two families, both Duchesses were seen interacting with each other. Paparazzi even managed to catch a photo of young Prince Louis sticking his tongue out and making faces at Meghan and cousin Archie, while Kate grinned beside them.
Meanwhile, Princes William and Harry’s appearance at the King Power Royal Charity Polo Day marked the first joint appearance the two have made since last October. However, neither of them are strangers to polo matches. Last summer, Kate even brought her two older kids, George and Charlotte, to sit and cheer on the sidelines, while Meghan also made several appearances at summer polo matches, as well, when William and Harry competed.
This occasion marked the first time that all of Cambridge and Sussex kids were seen together at a public event. However, we’re hoping for many more royal cousin play dates in the future because we want to see more of those adorable kids!
