Michael Buble and His Wife Luisana Lopilato Welcome A Baby Girl

Michael Bublé has welcomed a baby girl into the world!

The Canadian singer and his wife, Luisana Lopilato, announced the little one’s arrival on Thursday via Instagram, sharing a sweet image of the newborn’s hand.

“How to explain that our heart explodes with love?” Lopilato wrote in her native Spanish. “That there’s not enough hours in a day to think about it. I thank God for making us this gift of life and happiness! Because looking in her eyes is looking at heaven itself!”

The actress added, “We love you to infinity and beyond. We waited for you not only to grow as a family … you gave us light, hope, you are and will be our souls’ life.”

The couple’s new arrival joins big brothers Elias, 2, and Noah, 4.

People confirmed in February that the couple would be adding to their family. Earlier this month, Bublé announced the soon-to-arrive bundle of joy would be a girl.

“I got my first little girl coming in three weeks, and I’ve actually never said that before in public. I’ve got a daughter coming,” he said on The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show, a radio show in Ireland.

The new addition to the family makes for especially sweet news as it follows in the wake of the couple’s son Noah’s cancer diagnosis in 2016.

Bublé, 42, and Lopilato, 31, both put their careers on hold to help their young son through the difficult time.

“I’ve been to hell,” Bublé told the Herald Sun earlier this month about his family’s experience, according to Billboard.

Lopilato has also opened up about Noah’s cancer battle. In June 2017, she explained to Argentinian TV host Susana Giménez how her family has persevered through the devastating diagnosis.

“We did all the tests, and finally, we found out that it was what it was,” she said. “These things, when they happen to you in life, they make you realize that the most important thing isn’t what you thought it was — it’s to have faith, to be strong.”

“There were nights I couldn’t sleep, that I prayed to God,” Lopilato said. “Because it is a long process — but thank God the worst is over.”

The couple announced last April that Noah was officially cancer-free.
