Ellen DeGeneres And Michelle Obama Take A Trip To CVS, Discover Boxed Wine

YouTube

When Ellen DeGeneres takes the First Lady to CVS, you know you’re in for some quality television.

Since Michelle Obama won’t have “people to do things for her” once she leaves the White House, DeGeneres thought a trip to the pharmacy might be necessary to practice. You know, because it’s been a while since the Obamas had a normal, civilian life.

So, of course, these two found themselves on the wine aisle—because real life calls for a glass of wine (or two, or three) every so often. Obama was not familiar with the concept of box wine, but DeGeneres wasn’t much help in this department, either.

The two struggled to get the box open before finally asking for help (and cups) so they could enjoy their vino before even leaving the store.

FLOTUS found out that boxed wine will stay good for six weeks after opening. So, maybe she will be purchasing this in the future, after all. Because that’s a lot of bang for your buck, right?

Check out the hilarious video of these two and their “normal, everyday” trip to CVS.

This is absolutely hilarious, is it not? I think the First Lady will have no problem adjusting to life outside of the White House, especially if DeGeneres is there to help!
