3. Big Living In Bel Air

Here in the U.S., a $250 million mansion went on the market earlier this year. What do you get for a quarter of a billion dollars? Here’s a quick rundown:

  • 38,000 square feet
  • 12 bedrooms
  • 21 bathrooms
  • Three kitchens
  • Six bars
  • Two wine-champagne cellars
  • 85-foot infinity pool
  • Massage room
  • Fitness center
  • The most advanced home theater in the U.S.

The builder told CNBC he didn’t just want to build a home. Instead, he wanted to create a “curated lifestyle.” If you lived in this well-appointed mansion, you wouldn’t have to leave home very often! But, if you did want to go out, you could depart in style from your very own heliport!
