Mountain Dew’s latest flavor is bright pink and tastes like raspberry lemonade

Summer may be coming to an end, but Mountain Dew is looking to hold on to those warm weather vibes a little longer with a brand-new summery drink.

New Mountain Dew Spark is not only unique in that it is pink-colored, as opposed to its usual green color, it also has a blast of raspberry lemonade flavor.

The new drink will be available exclusively at more than 2,500 Speedway locations in the U.S. for a limited time.

To celebrate the new flavor, Mountain Dew is launching a “Revvv Up Your Dew Den” contest. From now until Sept. 27, fans can enter to win weekly grand prizes of Mountain Dew Spark gear, like a double ring neon wall clock or an 80-quart rolling cooler.

Even if you don’t live near a Speedway and can’t get your hands on some Mountain Dew Spark, you can still enter to win by visiting the website, no purchase necessary. Daily winners will also be selected to receive a free case of 20-ounce bottles of Mountain Dew Spark.

Mountain Dew also recently brought back its Dew Fuel the Mission program for the second year, which supports Team Rubicon, a disaster response nonprofit organization that uses the skillsets of veterans and first responders to help disaster victims.

The brand will be giving funds toward Team Rubicon’s mission through sales of specially marked Team Rubicon 1-liter bottles and multipacks of 12-ounce cans of Mountain Dew, Diet Mountain Dew and Mountain Dew Zero Sugar. The limited-time bottles and multipacks will be available through Oct. 3.

Mountain Dew Spark is far from the only flavor change the brand has made to its soda over the years.

In 2018, Mountain Dew brought back its Baja Blast for a limited time, followed up by Merry Mashup (which had notes of cranberry and pomegranate) for the holiday season.

Last year, the brand even had a mystery Halloween flavor called Mountain Dew Voo Dew, which turned out to be candy-corn-flavored.
