No-Bake Reese’s Krispy Cookies Are Ridiculously Simple To Make

My Incredible Recipes

While I know multiple people who could seriously make a living as professional bakers, personally, I don’t even try. I’m an OK-ish cook, but dessert? The cake will be dry, and those cookies are definitely going to be stuck to the parchment paper.

That’s why my go-to recipe when I have to make a dessert is no-bake cookies. While I won’t go as far as to say you can’t mess them up, they are definitely easier than other cookies if you pay attention to what you’re doing.

Of course, bringing the same dessert to parties can get a bit old, so I can’t tell you how excited I was when I found what is sure to be the solution to my always-bringing-the-same-cookies problem: no-bake Reese’s Krispy cookies!

The instructions come from My Incredible Recipes, and these cookies are seriously simple to make. The recipe only calls for six ingredients, most of which you probably already have on hand.

Just get out your corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter. Then pick up some Rice Krispies cereal, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and chocolate chips and you’re ready to, well, not bake!

You can find the entire recipe at My Incredible Recipes, but, essentially, all you do is heat up some of the ingredients in the microwave, mix in the rest and you’re done!

The key is to make sure you’re stirring often. Also, it’s best to not put all the ingredients in when the mixture is too warm to avoid them all melting together.

While you’ll still need a pan and parchment paper, it’s just for letting the cookies cool. No oven is needed.

If you’re loving the idea of adding Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups to your desserts, these Reese’s stuffed cupcakes also look easy to make. All you need for the cupcakes is some devil’s food cake mix, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Reese’s Pieces.

The frosting calls for even more peanut butter, so, you probably don’t need me to tell you they’re going to be delicious.

You can also try this recipe for peanut butter chocolate chip bars. These ooey-gooey bars contain crunchy peanut butter and chocolate chips.

They are easy to make and bake up in about 30 minutes. Get the recipe from Bake at 350.
