These No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies Are Made With Ritz Crackers

Yum! These are perfect for all of your summer parties.

If you’re looking for the perfect easy-to-make dessert for summer get-togethers, look no further. This delicious recipe for no-bake peanut butter cookies is not only simple to put together, but it’s made with items you likely already have in your pantry.

This recipe comes from Passion For Savings and will truly be a lifesaver when you’re searching for something to bring to your neighbor’s summer barbecue. All you’ll need are Ritz crackers, peanut butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, milk and chocolate for melting down. This version uses white chocolate, but you can use whatever kind you’re craving.

You’ll start by mixing the peanut butter, vanilla, powdered sugar and milk. Once combined, spread the mixture on top of a Ritz cracker and top with another Ritz cracker, forming a sandwich. Then, melt chocolate and dunk the cracker sandwiches until completely covered. Let dry on wax paper.

If you’re feeling extra creative, you can also melt down colorful candy melts and add designs on top of the white chocolate canvas. Go crazy with sprinkles, nuts or whatever you like!

As you can see, Passion For Savings turned these into a festive Fourth of July treat with red and blue candy melts:

This isn’t the only dessert you can make if you’ve got a jar of peanut butter and a sleeve of Ritz crackers on hand, either.

In fact, you can recreate a classic Girl Scouts cookie, the Tagalong, using Ritz crackers, peanut butter, milk chocolate and shortening. So, when you empty the box of Tagalongs in your freezer, don’t fret. Because you can try this homemade version from Crafty Morning:
