These no-bake peanut butter cookies are made with Ritz crackers

You’ll start by mixing the peanut butter, vanilla, powdered sugar and milk. Once combined, spread the mixture on top of a Ritz cracker and top with another Ritz cracker, forming a sandwich. Then, melt chocolate and dunk the cracker sandwiches until completely covered. Let dry on wax paper.
