The 40-year-old actor was on a break from filming  “Fast and Furious 7,” a series of films focusing on illegal street racing and heists, at the time of his death. Walker and his friend Roger Rodas both died when the Porsche that Rodas was driving spun out of control.

The foundation also looks to empower future generations through grants and scholarships for students and marine science researchers.
