Easter is right around the corner, and that means it’s time to get excited for Cadbury Eggs, Easter egg hunts, the Easter bunny itself — and of course, one of the most iconic Easter treats of them all, Peeps! Each year, Peeps rolls out new sweeter-than-sweet limited-edition flavors, and this year is no exception. The famed marshmallow brand is unveiling seven new flavors just in time for the festive holiday.

The new lineup of iconic chick-shaped treats includes cotton candy, pancakes & syrup, orange sherbet dipped in creme-flavored fudge, root beer float, vanilla crème, chocolate caramel swirl and blue raspberry. They can be found nationwide now through Easter, which lands on April 21 this year.

Good to note is that certain flavors will only be found at specific locations. Root beer float will only be found at Kroger, while blue raspberry will only be at Walmart. Meanwhile, vanilla crème and chocolate caramel swirl are exclusive to Target.

While it’s always most easy to buy Peeps from the store, did you know you can make your own at home?

The video below from the YouTube channel of Ashlee Marie Cakes shows how easy it is. With simple ingredients like powder gelatin, sugar (of course!), food dye and flavoring like vanilla, you can have any flavor Peeps your heart desires!

For those who want to get fancy with their Peeps, there are plenty of other ways to eat them. Check out this recipe for a mesmerizing rainbow colored dessert called the Peeps S’mores Treat. This skillet dessert is made with chocolate chips, heavy cream and graham cracker dippers to scoop up all the gooey deliciousness of the melty Peeps.

In addition to new marshmallow flavors, Peeps also recently launched the cutest creamer ever for Easter season. Called Peeps Coffee Creamer, this sweet creamer is appropriately colored a light yellow. According to the below tweet from Candy Hunting, it tastes like “5000 marshmallows in every ounce.”
