You Can Now Buy Pillsbury Pokémon Cookies
Calling all Pokémon fans! Whether you’ve been collecting the cards since the ’90s or became fan in recent years by playing “Pokémon Go,” there’s a new treat in stores that will definitely make catching all those Pokémon even sweeter.
In honor of the new film “Detective Pikachu”, which hit theaters on May 10, Pillsbury has created Pikachu and Deco Ball sugar cookies! While the Pikachu cookie simply has the character’s image on it, the Deco Ball cookie is decorated to look just like a Pokémon Deco Ball.
You’ll get 24 in a box (12 of each design) for around $2.50. You’ll find them at tons of stores all over the country, including Wegmans, Meijer, HEM Company, Giant Food, Walmart and some Target locations.
Because you’ll obviously be tired after a full day of catching your Pokémon, the cookies are ready-to-bake and you literally just have to pop them in the oven. And if you’ve ever had any of Pillsbury’s other sugar cookies, you know you’ll definitely be ‘eating ’em all’. (See what I did there?!)

These limited-time Pokémon cookies join others in the Pillsbury sugar cookie line-up, like “Elf” cookies for Christmas, ghosts for Halloween and turkeys for Thanksgiving. While Pillsbury does not say how long we’ll be able to get our hands on the cookies, chances are they will be like the others and disappear soon.
If you don’t make it to the store in time, you can also try your hand at making your own Pokémon cookies at home, though that would obviously take a lot more work than throwing some pre-sliced cookie dough on a pan. The cookies in this recipe from “What Should I Make For…” look amazing, but you’ll definitely need some skill when it comes to the icing, so good luck to you if you’re going for it!
