Pillsbury Now Makes Funfetti Pancake And Waffle Mix
Yum! This will make for a fun breakfast!
Pillsbury is celebrating 30 years of Funfetti products with a handful of new treats, including Funfetti pancake and waffle mix! That’s right — go ahead and say “you’re welcome” to your taste buds right now because it is officially appropriate to eat Funfetti candy for breakfast.
Or Tuesday. Or, really, any day.
The Pillsbury Funfetti pancake and waffle mix is currently only available at the grocery chains Hy-Vee; Albertson’s; Safeway; Schnuck’s; SpartanNash; K-Va-T; Ahold; Giant; Jewel; Brookshire’s; and Cub Foods. It will be rolling out to other stores soon.
If you don’t have one of those stores nearby, you still have other options for Funfetti pancakes. Look for the Hungry Jack pancake mix with Funfetti or the Krusteaz’s gluten-free “confetti” pancake mix at a store near you.
Funfetti’s 30th Birthday
In celebration of Funfetti’s 30th birthday, Pillsbury is also introducing (for the first time ever!) two non-seasonal cake mixes made with Funfetti.
Funfetti Unicorn and Funfetti Galaxy are in stores now and will make parties even more colorful. While both are filled with Funfetti, the Unicorn mix is also strawberry-flavored and produces pink cake. The Galaxy mix is yellow cake.
You can also find both Unicorn and Galaxy frosting, which are pink or blue.
Pillsbury has introduced 39 different Funfetti products over the years, from brownie mix to whoopie pie baking mixes and even Funfetti cookie mix.
However, until 2012, the brand only had two Funfetti frosting colors (vanilla and chocolate). Nowadays, you can now find Funfetti frosting in blue, yellow, aqua blue, bold purple, hot pink, vibrant green and radiant red.
The brand also has 14 seasonal flavors, like Stars and Stripes Funfetti cake mix; Charlie Brown Christmas holiday cake mix and frosting; Linus’ Great Pumpkin Funfetti cake mix and Funfetti frosting; and Easter Funfetti cake and frosting.
Will you be making your mornings more exciting with some Funfetti pancakes or waffles?
