Pink’s appearance on ‘Carpool Karaoke’ is as epic as you’d imagine

“Late Late Show” host James Corden once again found himself in need of a friend for the carpool lane—and this time, it was Pink who came to the rescue. And yes, her “Carpool Karaoke” performance is just as amazing as you’d expect.

Following a recent appearance by Sam Smith on “Carpool Karaoke,” Pink hopped in the passenger seat and gave Corden (and, thankfully, all of us) one heck of a ride by belting out her hit songs such as “What About Us, “Raise Your Glass” and “Get The Party Started,” all while, of course, bringing laughs and even some sweet dance moves.

But first, let’s get prepared for her epic karaoke by throwing back 16 years (!!!) to when Pink helped us all get the party started:

Back to the karaoke. In addition to some seriously amazing vocals, Pink and Corden also discussed her love for Bon Jovi and that it wasn’t until she was around 7 or 8 years old that she realized she wouldn’t be able to marry him. She said she almost threw up when he married his high school sweetheart.

“I ripped his posters off my wall, threw them out and didn’t come out of my room for days,” she said. “I was devastated. It was the first time someone ever broke my heart.”

Pink clearly moved past her heartbreak and went on to marry motocross racer Carey Hart in 2006. Although they separated for a year in 2008, the pair now have a 6-year-old daughter and an almost 1-year-old son.

Pink and Corden also reminisced about the time when when she opened for *NSYNC at the age of 19 and that she thinks she can sing better upside down (!!!). That last comment prompted Pink and Corden to—you guessed it—flip upside down and sing some tunes. Corden, however, thought it sounded exactly the same, then he got stuck while trying to get back on his feet. LOL.

Check out the hilarious segment below:

Pink’s new album “Beautiful Trauma” is out now and if her amazing performance at the Country Music Awards earlier this month is any indication of what we can expect next from the star, we are all in for some serious entertainment. And, this just in: Pink and Kelly Clarkson will appear together as the opening act for the American Music Awards on Nov. 19.
