‘Poop the Potato’ will be the funniest party game of the 2017 holiday season
The holidays bring together family and friends to celebrate the joy of the season. After the food has been eaten and the gifts are unwrapped, what’s the gang to do? Why, play games, of course! But no one wants to drag out the same old board games collecting dust on the shelves, right?
If you’re looking for something to get everyone out of their seats, consider adding the Poop the Potato game to your repertoire.
Yes, you read that correctly.
Never heard of it? Well, LADbible shared a fun video to give you the lowdown on what this crazy game is all about:
It looks sort of like a version of those old school field day games we played as kids. You remember those goofy races with eggs or water balloons? In this version, though, all you need are a few potatoes that are probably laying around the the kitchen and two buckets.
The premise is simple. Split the group into two teams. Everyone gets a potato. The object of the game? Carry the spud between your legs to the bucket where each team member deposits the potato into the container. And, yes, the name of the game perfectly represents how you will all look while playing it.
The video above has had more than 40 million views and been shared hundreds of thousands of times.
