This pool float was designed for pregnant women

Although in this summer heat all an expectant mother may want to do is lounge in the pool, that can be easier said than done when you’re pregnant! Thankfully, the makers of the Peanut app have found the perfect solution to the struggles that come along with outdoor tanning when you’ve got a baby on board.

Meet the pregnancy pool float.

This float has a perfectly shaped circle in the center so that it’s safe and easy to lie on your stomach to make sure you’re tanning your backside. Even if you’re not concerned about your tan, and it just happens to be way more comfortable to lie on your stomach than it is on your back at this point in your pregnancy — well, this is the pool float for you.

The whole idea is that you’ll be able to sit back, relax and kick your feet up — because you deserve a break!

It makes sense that this mom-friendly float came from the creators of the Peanut app, too, considering the app was designed with moms-to-be in mind. The app is available in the U.S., U.K. and Canada, and it connects moms and those who are pregnant with other moms and expectant moms in your area so that you never have to feel alone in the process of raising a child.

Basically, Peanut is social media, designed for moms.

So how do you get this awesome pool float? Unfortunately, you can’t buy it right now.

Peanut gave some of the floats away in a contest on Instagram that recently ended but they don’t appear to be for sale anywhere (yet). Assuming you didn’t walk away as one of the winners, you’ll be happy to know this isn’t the only intuitive float design out there, either.

A company called BellyFlopz also makes a pool float for pregnant women and it looks just as comfortable as the Peanut one.

While not designed for your pregnant stomach, there’s also the Bravissimo pool float that has a cutout designed for women’s chests so that lying on your stomach is more comfortable than ever before!

It’s up for grabs for $45 on the Bravissimo website.

Then, there’s also an inflatable pregnancy pillow available at Bed Bath & Beyond that’s not necessarily designed for pool use — but we’ll leave that up to you. It retails for $74.99 on the Bed Bath & Beyond website.
