Everyone talking about this handsome Swedish prince

Prince Harry is now officially off the market, so you’ll have to look elsewhere if you want to become a princess. While you’re unlikely to find an eligible prince on a dating app, there might be a royal or two out there in search of love. In the wake of the Harry’s wedding, everyone is chattering about Louis Spencer, his 24-year-old handsome and single cousin.

Now, another royal has become the object of the public’s attention. This time, people are swooning over Prince Carl Philip of Sweden.

Twitter user @paridaze tweeted out this photo of the dashing prince, and people instantly became enamored:

The photo was re-tweeted more than 6,000 times, and resulted in more than 600 comments — with many inquiring about his royal higheness’ marital status.

Prince Carl is fourth in line to the throne, after his sister, Crown Princess Victoria, and her two children, Princess Estelle and Prince Oscar. (In 1980, Sweden became the first monarchy to change its succession rights so that the first-born child is heir to the throne, regardless of gender.)

In addition to being easy on the eyes, Prince Carl is a successful businessman, having launched Bernadotte & Kylberg in 2012, which sells home furnishings and glassware.

But before you get your hopes up that you could be the next Meghan Markle, we have some bad news. It turns out that the 39-year-old prince is married with two children.

Although this Swedish prince is taken, you can still live vicariously through his family’s Instagram account, which was recently made public. Besides the fact that they’re super-attractive and, you know, royalty, Prince Carl and his wife Princess Sofia, a former model, seem shockingly normal.
