The highly-anticipated royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle is almost upon us, and the public got a glimpse of the groom-to-be alongside his best man and brother Prince William when the two greeted crowds in the streets of Windsor on May 18.
Fans captured photos as the brothers shook hands and exchanged brief conversation with those gathered to see them.
“He asked us about school and what we did today and what we think the weather is going to be at the wedding,” Meghan O’Shea, a five-year-old girl from Windsor, told E! News of her encounter with Prince Harry. “He was nice. He seemed relaxed the day before his wedding.”
The two men certainly looked happy as they stroll on the eve of the big day.
“He looked a little subdued, a little nervous, for sure,” Elizabeth Porras, who traveled from San Francisco for the nuptials, told People of Prince Harry’s demeanour during the appearance. “But that makes sense, it’s the night before his wedding. You could definitely see he had the wedding glow about him, which was really adorable. It’s so adorable to see him so in love.”
Prince Harry and Markle will spend the night apart, each staying in separate luxury hotels near St. George’s Chapel, where the wedding ceremony will take place. Here’s how to catch coverage of the highly-anticipated event tomorrow.
