It looks like Prince Charming isn’t just for fairy tale books after all. England’s Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle are on an international tour to Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand. On the first day of their visit to Australia, His Royal Highness had a delightful reunion with another woman. But, don’t worry, Meghan knows all about this lady.
You see, 98-year-old Daphne Dunne has been a Prince Harry superfan for years. She and the prince have met twice before. The first time was in 2015, when Dunne sat out in the cold and the rain to meet her idol during his visit to the land down under. She even managed to get a kiss from the prince!
Dunne said she admired the prince for all the work he’s done on behalf of soldiers. Both she and her husband had served World War II, and her husband received the prestigious Victoria Cross after his death. Dunne wore that medal proudly and it caught the prince’s eye back in 2015.
Then, in 2017, the pair reunited when Prince Harry returned to Australia to kick off the Invictus Games. He appeared to recognize her in the crowd and made a point to stop and visit.
The third meeting, though, was definitely the charm for this pair. This time, of course, Harry had his lovely wife Meghan by his side and he seemed eager to introduce the two women. But, first, Harry and Dunne caught up with a little one-on-one time.
With kisses and embraces, the Prince and his biggest fan caught up a little and Dunne congratulated Harry on the news of the upcoming royal baby. In fact, Dunne told Harry she had just heard the news earlier that day.
At that point, the Duchess of Sussex made her way over to the pair and finally got a chance to meet the “other woman.” And, it was clear Meghan was delighted for the chance. Watch this charming exchange first between Dunne and the prince and then with the Duchess!

Dunne told Meghan that the baby was exactly “what Harry needs” and told the happy couple she was thrilled for the both of them.
And, like any good man, Prince Harry complimented his favorite fan on her shoes. We told you he was charming!
