This Retro-Fabulous Keyboard Turns Your Computer Into A Colorful Typewriter

It’s no secret many of us long for the “good ol’ days”—even those of us who weren’t around for them. From our fascination with Mad Men to vintage fashion, retro is in.

Thanks to a new (and so cool!) keyboard, you can now bask in nostalgia—without giving up your tech-savvy, millennial lifestyle.

Meet: Lofree, “the first mechanical keyboard inspired by typewriters.”  That’s right—typewriters!

Lofree features round keycaps that are not only fun to look at, but they make that lovely ear-candy “click” while you type. It’s somehow even more satisfying to “hear” yourself working and checking off that to-do list!

If that’s not enough, Lofree is also available in multiple colors—from pink, red and yellow to the ultra-vintage seafoam green. The colors are sure to brighten your mood during a long day at the office!

And now on to the technology part of this device (though the clicks and colors are enough for us!)—it’s pretty nifty as well. Lofree’s layout is the same as the Apple Magic keyboard, making it an easy transition if you’re used to Apple products. Lofree also has a wired or wireless mode, is compatible with Mac, iOs, Windows and Android, has three backlit settings and can be paired with up to three devices simultaneously.

From one work assignment to the next, let’s be honest—no one has time for a real typewriter anymore. So if you’re longing for those magical, satisfying clicks, Lofree may just be the next best thing.

Lofree’s website doesn’t offer many other details so far, but we’re hoping it’s available soon. In the meantime, you can sign up for updates on their website. By signing up, you’re also entered to win a Lofree.

We’ve never been more excited to keep typing away at work.
