Start doing your push-ups now! Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson recently announced he will host a fitness competition show on NBC, and it is currently accepting applications for participants.

Called “The Titan Games,” the show will give contestants “epic head-to-head challenges designed to test mind, body and heart,” according to the show’s website. The unscripted program was dreamed up by Johnson, a former professional wrestler, and the producers of “American Ninja Warrior,” which Johnson has called one of his favorite TV shows. It will have the same competitive side and grueling physical aspect as the famous obstacle course series.

On each episode, competitors will head into an area (yes, the “Hunger Games” theme is strong here) and face off against a throne-holding Titan. If they win, they take their place as one of six reigning Titans, and take on new competitors in future episodes. The final episode will pit the six top Titans against one another to crown one woman and one man the ultimate Titans, according to Deadline.

Applications to join “The Titan Games” are now open, and they’ll be accepted up until April 14, 2018. Those hoping to compete on the show must be over 18 years old, be available during the production period and upload a brief video showing off their physical prowess, personality and background.

“I wanted to create a platform that gave everyday people the opportunity to change their lives and do something extraordinary,” Johnson told “The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon” after the Super Bowl on Sunday.

In other words, the show is not necessarily looking for professional athletes or weightlifters. Specifically the promo for the new show, “The Titan Games” says it is looking for “men and women who are strong enough to believe in themselves and confident enough to test their own abilities.”

Sounds like this new competition is open to anyone willing to put in the work! If you’re interested in applying, you’ve got until mid-April to put your best foot forward. May the best Titan win!
