Sam’s Club is selling massive cinnamon rolls that weigh almost 3 pounds

Sam's Club

Nothing beats the smell of sweet treats baking in the oven on Christmas morning. Well, usually nothing. But if you go to Sam’s Club and buy their latest holiday creation, you’ll win Christmas breakfast and there’s no baking required.

Making other dessert-style breakfasts seem woefully inadequate, Sam’s Club’s new 44-ounce cinnamon roll has hit shelves just in time for Christmas. Yes, 44 ounces. For comparison, one those Big Texas cinnamon rolls you can also buy at Sam’s Club is just 4 ounces.

Here’s a snap of the huge cinnamon roll, shared by Instagrammer inaudiblenoise2. I mean, really, just look at this thing!

Sam’s Club representatives say this massive cinnamon roll has layers of cinnamon and white icing dripping over the top. And it’s what dreams are made of. OK, they didn’t say that, but you know they’re thinking it—and so are we!

Word about the giant roll is already spreading on social media and we have to agree with ts89_fitness’s post on Instagram—we’re totally drooling, too.

On The Heels Of A Massive Pumpkin Cheesecake

The big-box store is known for selling massive quantities of a variety of products including oversized ones.

Most Sam’s shoppers are now numb to the fact that we walk out with a shopping cart that looks like the below—loaded with enough ranch and bleu cheese to feed an army:

Sam’s massive cinnamon roll comes on the heels of 4-pound-8-ounce pumpkin cheesecake the store was selling in October.

So, while this humongous cinnamon roll shouldn’t come as a huge surprise, we still can’t help by marvel at it.

You’ll need a Sam’s Club membership to get your own giant cinnamon roll, but just like everything at the store, you can’t beat the price. For one of the rolls, which, honestly, is more like a cake, it’ll only cost you $4.98.

But hurry, because they’re only available through Dec. 31—just in time for your New Year’s resolutions to get underway.

Did you know you can make cinnamon rolls in your Crock-Pot? Yes, it’s true. Here’s a recipe for slow-cooker cinnamon rolls. It starts with pre-made cinnamon roll dough, though of course you’re always welcome to make your own. You can start this recipe when you wake up, and a couple hours later you’ll have piping how maple cinnamon rolls to serve your guests (or yourself, no judgment!).
