7-month-old Isla is already making her parents proud. She was just announced as the new Gerber baby. As part of the title, her parents receive $50,000 as well as $1,500 in Gerber children’s clothing. Not too shabby for only being on the planet for less than a year.
Isla was selected out of 170,300 entries this year. And based upon the picture above you can see why she selected.
Gerber started this photo contest six years ago. There were also six other winners selected in various age groups. So if you think your little gem has what it takes, there will be a new contest next year.
And in case you were wondering, the original Gerber baby is still alive and doing great. Ann Turner Cook is now 87-years-young and is a great-grandmother and retired school teacher.
