S’mores martini is the perfect cocktail to enjoy around the campfire

After a long winter hiatus, camping season is almost once again upon us. S’mores are a classic campfire treat, and if you like to enjoy a cocktail while you cozy up next to the fire, why not combine the two with a tasty s’mores martini?

This recipe from Delish uses a marshmallow spread, such as Fluff, so if you don’t have access to a bonfire for roasting a marshmallow, that’s no problem. Simply microwave the Fluff with a little bit of water and stir for a perfectly creamy consistency that serves as the base for the drink’s garnish.

If you do have a backyard fire pit, roast up some marshmallows the old-fashioned way for that yummy roasted flavor. This is one sweet drink, so you’ll definitely want to sip on it as a dessert cocktail. Top it off with extra roasted marshmallows on toothpicks.

The Sugar Factory at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut also offers a s’mores martini on their menu, and this recipe can be made as an alcoholic cocktail or a virgin concoction that s’mores lovers of all ages can enjoy.

Kids will feel super-sophisticated if instead of plain Jane, standard s’mores, you let them sip on a s’mores-inspired kiddie cocktail out of proper martini glasses. (Kids and glass don’t always mix, so snag some plastic ones instead.)

Looking for more delicious, springtime martinis? This raspberry lemon drop martini from Real Housemoms is sweet, tart and refreshing. You can use raspberry vodka or another flavored vodka of your choice for even more of a fruity taste. Garnish it with fresh raspberries for a bright and pretty look.

How about a refreshing April rain martini? Even if April showers prevent you from enjoying your backyard or porch, sipping on a fresh lime-flavored cocktail will put you in a springtime state of mind.
