Starbucks’ color-changing holiday cups are back

Starbucks

It’s nearly the holiday season, which means it’s officially time to get started on your shopping. If you have a coffee-lover to buy for this year (or are one yourself), you’re going to want to check out the variety of gifts you can pick up on your next Starbucks run, including their color-changing cups. They’re back!

Hitting Starbucks stores nationwide this holiday season, you’ll find a Color Changing Hot Cup Set (6-pack, 16 ounces each) or a Cold Cup with Color Changing Stripe Straw. The six-pack costs $18.95 ($3.16 each), while the cold cup costs $3.95. While the cups in the six-pack change color once hot liquid is added, only the straw changes on the cold cup.

There are a variety of other Starbucks gifts for the season as well, including one for that friend who drinks cold coffee year-round. The fan-favorite Bling Cold Cups are also returning in two colors: black and ice, priced at $19.95 each.

You’ll also find an array of jewel-toned cold cups featuring a diamond-like texture in gold, blue and red. Also, Starbucks has a new Green Gradient Tumbler that changes from steel to green when the light hits it.

Starbucks has not said yet when their holiday drinks will be hitting the menu, as Pumpkin Spice everything and the new Apple Crisp Macchiato are still having their moment in the spotlight. Last year’s holiday menu was full of old favorites and new drinks, like the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Toasted White Chocolate Mocha, Chestnut Praline Latte and Eggnog Latte.

The holiday cup designs have also not yet been released, but Starbucks’ at-home holiday products are already hitting store shelves. You’ll find Starbucks Holiday Blend and Peppermint Mocha Flavored Coffee in K-Cup pods and Roast & Ground. Their new Gingerbread Flavored Coffee is available in K-Cup pods.
