Starbucks Debuts Coconut Cold Brew

Taking off on a tropical vacation isn’t always within reach. But, with Starbucks’ new drink option, you’ll be able to get that “out of office” feeling, even if only for a little while. Get ready to mix up your order because now that the brand-new Toasted Coconut Cold Brew is here, it’s the only thing you’ll be sipping on all summer long!

The drink is sweetened with flavors of coconut and honey, and as if that isn’t enough to send you running to your nearest Starbucks, it’s also topped off with coconut milk instead of traditional creamer. Yum!

“We’ll bring the coconut, you bring a beach state of mind,” the beverage company said on their website. Well, Starbucks. Challenge accepted!

This tasty cold coffee option isn’t the first time the company’s dabbled in combining coconut and caffeine. Especially if you’re a fan of coconut, I think you’d agree that so far, they’ve nailed it with each and every combo they’ve created. There’s been a Mocha Coconut Frappuccino in the past and currently on the menu is a Iced Coconut Milk Mocha Macchiato. If you’re intrigued by the flavor mash-up, these drinks are definitely worth ordering.

Like most good things, the option to order a Toasted Coconut Cold Brew won’t last forever. This is a limited offer for summer 2017. If I were you, I’d plan on taking advantage of this offer while you can. Because a tropical vacay (in the form of coffee) is calling your name!

My advice: as you sip on this, imagine the sand beneath your feet and the sun on your face. Breathe deeply and just escape, if only until that last drop is slurped through the straw. If this coffee shop wasn’t already your oasis, it certainly will be now.
