Starbucks’ winter menu is here and one new drink is a permanent addition
Starbucks is celebrating the New Year with not only the return of some fan-favorite menu items, but also a brand new drink to make sure you start 2024 caffeinated.
The new Iced Shaken Hazelnut Oatmilk Espresso is made with Starbucks Blonde Espresso and hazelnut syrup. Shaken and then topped with plant-based oatmilk, the drink is joining the permanent menu, so you have plenty of time to grab one.

The new Iced Shaken Hazelnut Oatmilk Espresso joins returning drinks Pistachio Latte and the Pistachio Cream Cold Brew, which was new last January.
While both have pistachio flavors, the Pistachio Latte can be served hot or iced, while the Pistachio Cream Cold Brew is made with Starbucks Cold Brew, vanilla syrup, pistachio cream cold foam and salted brown buttery sprinkles. Both drinks will be available for a limited time.

You’ll also find a few new food items joining the winter menu including Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes and a Vanilla Bean Custard Danish.
For those who need breakfast on the go, the Bakes combine cage-free eggs, diced potatoes, cheddar cheese, spinach and chives. The danish is filled with vanilla bean custard.
Starbucks has also announced a change to their personal cup deal that will make it even easier to get a discount on your next your drink.
While customers have been able to bring in a personal cup for a discount when ordering in store, beginning Jan. 3, the deal now also includes ordering via drive-thru or ordering ahead in the Starbucks app.
Simply mention that you’ll be using a personal cup when ordering via drive-thru or if ordering in the app, choose “customization” then “personal cup” and you’ll receive 10 cents off your drink and 25 Stars if you’re a Starbucks Rewards member. Baristas will prep most of the drink just ahead of your arrival, pour it into your personal cup when you present it, and then add any toppings.
