Do you have some spare time and a high school band instrument?  Will your tune scare off the Demogorgon? Can you march to the beat of blinking Christmas lights?

If so, start practicing, because “Stranger Things” is casting extras who have marching band experience. And yes, you must know how to play an instrument! All the marching band extras will play two songs for the show, according to the casting agency Casting TaylorMade. An ’80s rock classic perhaps?

Anyone with musical talent between the ages of 16 and 30 is encouraged to apply. Marching band extras are needed for two days in late October. Even though “Stranger Things” is set in Hawkins, Indiana, the beloved Netflix series is filmed in Atlanta, Georgia.

Casting TaylorMade has not released the exact dates for filming. Adults interested in going back to high school, and teens ready to hop into the 1980s, can apply to be extras here!

What about fans who don’t know the difference between an oboe and a clarinet? It’s possible “Stranger Things” will also need some mall-hopping teenagers.

The teaser ends with “coming next summer,” which is when the third season of “Stranger Things” is rumored to be released on Netflix.

Netflix renewed “Stranger Things” for season three in December of 2017, and will start filming in spring of 2018. A release date for season three has not been announced.

Producer Shawn Levy told Digital Spy that it would be an eight to nine episode season.

“The number of episodes will be dictated by the amount of story that excites us. We now know what is going to happen in season three to every character,” Levy said.

The co-creators of the show also confirmed a fourth season of “Stranger Things” is already on the drawing board.

That probably means even more opportunities to be an extra on “Stranger Things!” Are you going to apply?
