Swapping Out Just One Ingredient In Chicken Alfredo Will Turn It Into A Guilt-Free Meal

If you’re like me, you love any pasta dish.  I especially love chicken alfredo.  Unfortunately, while it tastes amazing, the heavy creamy sauce comes with a lot of calories.  So what do you do?

Thankfully, PopSugar Food has come to the rescue.  They found a great way to make chicken alfredo that keeps the amazing taste but without all the calories from a heavy cream sauce.

What’s the secret you ask?  Well, according to the video, you swap out the cream with plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt).  Then, you add salt, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes to the yogurt to bring in some flavor.

Watch the video for a full explanation and and recipe instructions.

Good luck!
