Taco Bell’s $1 Beefy Potato-rito is back for a limited time

Taco Bell

Earlier this year, Taco Bell answered the pleas of millions of customers by announcing that the eatery would re-introduce potatoes to its menu. The popular Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes and Spicy Potato Soft Taco made triumphant comebacks in March, and now, the fast-food chain is re-installing another spud-based menu item to satisfy even more of our potato cravings. The Beefy Potato-rito is headed back to Taco Bell!

Taco Bell took to social media to spread the happy news with a tweet on April 5, declaring that “the $1 Beefy Potato-rito is here again.”

If you’ve never heard of the Beefy Potato-rito, then brace yourself for this hearty beef-and-potatoes meal. The Beefy Potato-rito is a warm flour tortilla loaded up with Taco Bell’s crispy potato bites and seasoned taco beef.

Then, the burrito is doused with nacho cheese sauce and topped off with creamy chipotle sauce.

The Beefy Potato-rito will be part of the Taco Bell value menu and will cost just $1, so you can pick up a pile of Potato-ritos for dinner without breaking your dining-out budget.

Taco Bell

The official return date for Taco Bell’s Beefy Potato-rito is Thursday, April 15. However, members of the Taco Bell Rewards beta group can get their hands on this delicious menu addition right now!

To become a member of the rewards program, just head to the Taco Bell Rewards page to download the app and start saving on your favorite Taco Bell items. In addition to early access to the Beefy Potato-rito, new Taco Bell Rewards team members will receive a free Doritos Locos Taco just for signing up for the program.

However, Taco Bell said the return of the Beefy Potato-rito will only be for a limited time, so you’ll want to make that run to the border sooner rather than later to gobble up this deal.
